  • We work with creating healthy sleeping habits with newborns, and more formal sleep training from 4 months to under 5 years.

  • At Sleepy Way we work with you to choose a settling technique that suits both you and your little one.


  • Our plans at Sleepy Way are tailored to your child only. They are individualised to suit your family and your little one. Information received from a comprehensive intake form will determine the information provided in your sleep plan.

  • If your little one becomes unwell during the support period, we will pause training, and continue when they are well enough.

  • I do recommend staying at home as much as possible in the first 2 weeks. This will give time for you to be consistent with settling, and an opportunity for your little one to respond to the sleep program. After this time, we can discuss ways to have days away from your house.

  • Absolutely! I offer phone and remote consults, so I am able to work with you no matter where either of us are situated.

  • I have completed a certification as a Sleep Consultant through baby Sleep Consultant Ltd. Additionally I hold a Current Working with Children Check, and I previously completed a Bachelor of Education- Primary

  • Payment is required in full within 48 hours of consultation.
